Premiers provide the Engineering, Design, Manufacturing and installation of Fire Simulation Systems, HAZMAT areas, Special Effects and Confined Space 1 & Confined Space 2 for all kind of training facilities and give the needful training, operating and maintenance on all the mentioned services.

Premiers has Successfully finished Phase 1 of the Civil Defence Academy (CDA) based in Al Haffar - Abu Dhabi and therefore has been assigned as the Specialist Contractor by Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) to do Phase 2 of the same project.

Moreover, Premiers signed a contract with ADP for Operational & Maintenance for all fire training facilities along with BAPT and other training services in the CDA.

Fire simulation facility for the new opera house fire in the Civil Defence Training Academy in Abu Dhabi. The project includes the construction of 10 Brand story house including underground parking. In its floors are different Fire scenarios such as hotel, restaurant, office, kitchen, room and workshops Fire shown. A fire scenario even includes a burning operating room. Under the Brand -site facilities include 2 tunnel in which, inter alia, the fire of a car and the fire of a bus are displayed.

The project will be the presentation of an industrial hall which as Dangerous practice facility has been designed and 15 different training scenarios provides. A total of there is a complete practice facility from 27 propane -powered fire points by a can be monitored and operated adjacent command building.
